1. Bring 1 cup milk to a boil; whisk in 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, and 1/8 tsp salt. Simmer 5-10 minutes or until reduced to desired thickness.
2. Allow the chocolate mixture to cool
3. Prepare the coffee with your Moka pot or with your preferred brewing method.
4. Mix 1/4 cup of the chocolate mixture with 1/2 cup cold milk, pour over ice and add 60 ml of coffee. Top with whipped cream.
