Lavender Iced Latte Recipe

Using Lavazza Qualità Rossa

Give your spring coffee routine a floral twist with this simple iced latte recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1oz lavender syrup (or more, to taste)
  • 1oz/30ml Espresso (we recommend Qualità Rossa)
  • 5oz/150ml Milk of choice
  • Ice
  • Optional: 1oz Simple Syrup or Honey for added sweetness

EQUIPMENT

  • Espresso Machine
  • Tall Glass
  • Spoon

PROCEDURE

  1. Place the lavender syrup in your glass.
  2. Pour the milk into the glass, stir to combine with the syrup.
  3. Add ice to the glass, leaving enough room for the espresso.
  4. Brew espresso and pour over the contents of the glass.
  5. Optional: taste and add a drizzle of syrup to meet your desired sweetness level.
