50ml of Espresso (We recommend brewing Qualita Rossa)
25ml of your choice of milk
10ml of Black Cherry Syrup
A cherry for garnish
450g of Almond Milk
50g of Fresh Cream
1. Brew your espresso using your preferred method
2. Add espresso, your milk of choice, and black cherry syrup to a glass
3. In a bowl, whip your heavy cream and almond milk until a smooth cream forms
4. Top your espresso with the almond mousse and garnish with a cherry
