Cherry Coffeetail Crush

Who says a crush can’t come in a glass? From bold coffee to creamy almond mousse, this mocktail is a little love story in every sip.

Ingredients

50ml of Espresso (We recommend brewing Qualita Rossa)

25ml of your choice of milk

10ml of Black Cherry Syrup

A cherry for garnish 

Almond Mousse:

450g of Almond Milk

50g of Fresh Cream

Directions:

1. Brew your espresso using your preferred method

2. Add espresso, your milk of choice, and black cherry syrup to a glass

3. In a bowl, whip your heavy cream and almond milk until a smooth cream forms

4. Top your espresso with the almond mousse and garnish with a cherry
