Espresso Martini Souffle Recipe

Impress your guests with this (deceptively) easy Espresso Martini Souffle recipe!

Ingredients

Souffle:

1 egg white (30ml of egg white)

1 tsp sugar

2 oz water

½ oz chilled espresso (we recommend brewing ahead of time with Qualita Oro)

Ice cubes

Espresso Martini:

1oz Frangelico

1oz Vodka

1 shot of espresso (we recommend Qualita Oro)

1 tsp sugar (mixed into the espresso shot and set aside)

Ice cubes

Directions:

1. Shake the souffle ingredients in a shaker for 30 seconds then pour into your martini glass. Let the foam sit while preparing your Espresso Martini base

2. Brew a shot of Espresso and stir in sugar

3. Add Frangelico, Vodka, and your shot of Espresso to a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake until the shaker is cold to the touch

4. Poke a hole in the souffle (using a straw is ideal) and slowly pour the Espresso Martini mixture into the hole. The souffle foam should rise, just like a real souffle!

5. Enjoy!
