Craft a Coffeetail N. 51

Cold brew with a twist—for a light and refreshing summer coffeetail.

By Lavazza Team 2/3 minutes 

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz of Ginger Soda
  • 2 oz of Cold Brew (We recommend brewing with Qualita Oro)
  • 0.3 oz Orange Liqueur
  • 0.7 oz Vodka
  • 0.3 oz Simple Syrup
  • ½ slice of orange
  • 1/2 slice of lemon
  • 1 Cucumber wedge
  • A sprig of fresh mint
  • Cocktail cherries 

Instructions:

  1. Fill a 12 oz glass with ice
  2. Add cold brew, orange liqueur, vodka, and simple syrup over ice and stir
  3. Top off with Ginger soda
  4. Add with lemon and orange slices and cucumber wedge
  5. Add cherries to a wood skewer or cocktail pick then add to drink
  6. Garnish with fresh mint
  7. Add a straw and enjoy!
