Shaun Rankin

You can find our coffee in these restaurants:

Ormer Restaurant&Bar (St. Helier, UK).

Shaun Rankin is a renowned, Michelin-starred chef who is passionate about the fresh products of the Channel Islands where he lives.

There is a strip of land between Normandy and Great Britain: Jersey, the largest of the islands in the English Channel and a destination for surfers, businessmen and gourmets. They come from the neighboring coasts to try the cuisine produced by his restaurant, Ormer, which opened in 2003 in the heart of the island’s capital, St. Helier. There, Rankin is a true star, not just because he hosts a successful show on local TV, but above all because his restaurant earned him a Michelin star after being open for just four months: a record time, compared to European standards.

His recipes also appear in ‘Yes Chef!’ and ‘Nigel Haworth’s Obsession’.

Recently, Shaun Rankin has embarked on a partnership with the luxury hotel Flemings Mayfair

Flemings Mayfair
