L’Anima (London).

Antonio Favuzzi (known as “Lello”) was born in Sassari, Sardinia, but moved to London in 2003 and began working as a Sous Chef in Alan Yau’s restaurant Anda in Marylebone. He made a name for himself in Franco’s in Jermyn Street, where his art met with approval from food critics.

 

His future plans involve opening an establishment as a chef-patron.
