The Table (Hamburg).

Born in Delmenhorst, Kevin Fehling took his earliest steps in Bremen, where he began his career between the Parkhotel and the restaurant L’Echalote.
In 1999, at twenty-two, Kevin decided to follow his instincts and spend two years aboard the cruise ship Europa

As the remarkably young Executive Chef of the Venezia Restaurant, he reinvented dishes from different cultures, learning that improvement is always born from imagination. After a brief period in Hamburg, in 2003 he became a student of Harald Wohlfahrt at the Schwarzwaldstube restaurant in Baiersbronn, where he perfected a style he defines as “refined avant-garde”. From 2005 to 2015 he was the chef of the restaurant La Belle Epoque in Lübeck, which was awarded three stars in the 2013 Michelin guide, making it the most northerly of the thrice-starred restaurants.

In March 2015, Fehling left the helm of La Belle Epoque to become an independent chef, opening The Table in Hamburg’s HafenCity five months later. In just a short time, the restaurant was awarded three stars.
Since 2017, Kevin Fehling has been a Lavazza Brand Ambassador.
