Panettone with coffee eggnog

Ingredients
  • 200 ml (6.8 fl oz) of coffee
  • 30 ml (1 fl oz) of coffee liquor
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 116 g (4.1 oz) Brown sugar
  • 6 slices of Panettone
  • 250 g (8.7 oz) of ice cream
  • Berries
Preparation

Preparation

Separate the egg yolks and place them in a saucepan with the sugar, then add the coffee and the coffee liquor. Mix with a whisk and start to whip the eggnog in a bain-marie until the mixture appears soft and the volume is doubled.

Then cut the slices of panettone and grill slightly on both sides.

Composition

Place a slice of panettone next to the eggnog ice cream and decorate the plate with berries. To finish it off, sprinkle the entire plate with powdered sugar.
