How to prepare the Ricotta Coffee mousse
Prepare the coffee in a moka pot, once it is ready pour it into an espresso cup. Work the ricotta in a bowl until it is smooth and uniform. Then pour in the milk, coffee, rum and dark cocoa. Mix everything using a whisk until you are left with a soft and velvety cream. We’re almost there... pour the mixture into sundae glasses or other dessert glasses, put them in the fridge to rest for about an hour.
Here’s the best bit, the decoration: You can add chocolate chips, crumbled macaroons, or granola.

1 espresso cup of Lavazza coffee
250 g (8.8 oz) ricotta
2 tablespoons icing sugar
