The collection of professional blends containing coffees from territories and communities involved in sustainability projects.
La Reserva de ¡Tierra! is the collection of sustainable quality blends dedicated to professional baristas.
Every blend of La reserve de ¡Tierra! range contains coffees from territories and communities involved in social responsibility projects, promoted and managed by Lavazza Foundation.
La Reserva de ¡Tierra! coffees are synonym with excellence and sustainability: sourced from Rainforest Alliance Certified or organic certified farms, carefully selected and gently roasted to bring you a unique sustainable taste experience of coffee origins.
The Lavazza Foundation promotes and finances international sustainability projects in the countries where coffee is cultivated.
¡Tierra! is the name of the sustainability projects started by the company in 2002 that benefit three communities of small coffee growers in Peru, Colombia and Honduras, and which have now become a wider concept in sustainability projects managed by Lavazza Foundation (directly or in partnership with suppliers, International Organizations, and NGOs) across 3 continents in 17 countries, involving 24 projects and over 97’000 beneficiaries.
Lavazza has always bought its coffee directly from growers and local coffee traders on the basis of specific selection criteria developed thanks to the technical support of our coffee experts.
La Reserva de ¡Tierra! beans are carefully selected and roasted through a combination of the traditional drum method and air convection. Thanks to our “gentle” roasting, we guarantee a lingering flavour and the preservation of the aromas.
