A superior blend of high-grade Brazilian natural Arabica: Lambari for a round body and notes of caramel and hazelnuts and Cereja Apassita, a slightly overripe coffee, to enrich the in-cup profile with a strong taste and hints of honey and milk chocolate. Roasting is long, delicate and “gentle”, thanks to the traditional drum method which preserves aromas and guarantees a lingering flavour.
